The Ultimate Mobile Device May Just Come With Wheels
March 22nd, 2011 Back at CES, Audi showed up with its flagship A8L 4 Sedan (Model 4H85AA), an  $86K state-of-the-art driving machine to rival the BMW 7-series and Mercedes  Benz S-Class. One view of this car’s interior explains why they bothered to come  to the consumer electronics confab. Mechanically, the 372 horse power, 8-speed  Tiptronic power-plant delivers zero to 60 in 5.7seconds. Electronically, the car  features another impressive power-plant - an NVIDIA GPU that manages Audi’s MMI  (multi-media interface) technology. This package includes two displays, wireless  Bluetooth connectivity, a touch pad with both voice and character recognition,  and 3D rendering that enables what the company calls "Glance-ability", which is  a much safer way to drive with assisted navigation.
